About
I am Stefan Döllner, co-founder and managing director of Trusq GmbH in Nuremberg. Trusq is a customer support platform for small and mid-sized companies, built on European infrastructure with no US companies in its core data pipeline.
Most of Trusq's code is written by coding agents, under a framework I designed called claude-agentic-kit. Its rule is that models write and scripts decide: every decision that steers the agents, from when a review is finished to when a run must stop, lives in code that has tests.
At home I run jupiter, a server built from used parts for €3,060 that runs a 125-billion-parameter model locally, for the work I would rather not send to anyone else's machines.
This site is where I write about all three, with the numbers I measured and the estimates I got wrong. New pieces appear here first; the discussion happens on LinkedIn.
I am open to principal engineer, staff engineer and engineering fellow roles, where this mix of systems work, agentic development and European infrastructure is useful. The easiest way to reach me is LinkedIn or hello@blog.doellner.net.
